Before beginning coaching, please understand that my work is trauma-informed but not therapy. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused process designed to help you gain clarity, emotional grounding, and confidence as you navigate life transitions.

All sessions are confidential, and emotional safety is my priority. Payment is required before sessions begin, and text support is available Monday–Saturday from 8 AM–5 PM for check-ins and guidance. Coaching works best when you participate fully, communicate openly, and honor boundaries around scheduling and communication.
